How we handle your information.

Who we are

Gravity Projects Pty Ltd (ABN 50 656 030 778), PO BOX 269, Padstow NSW 2211. You can reach us at shane@gravityprojects.au or 0410 575 685.

This notice covers personal information we collect through this website, including Mission Control subscriptions, and when you contact us.

What we collect

When you join Mission Control: your full name, your email address, your mobile number if you give it, which description fits you best (for example neighbour or trade), the projects you choose to follow, and the date, time and page where you signed up.

When you email or call us: whatever you choose to tell us.

Why we collect it

To send you the Mission Reports and announcements you asked for, to keep a record of your consent, and to reply to your enquiries.

We do not sell your information. We do not add you to other mailing lists, and we do not pass your details to agents or anyone else for their own marketing, unless you ask us to.

Who helps us

We use an email service provider to store subscriber details and send our emails, and a hosting provider to run this website. These providers act on our behalf and may store information on servers outside Australia, including in the United States.

Unsubscribing

Every Mission Control email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email us. We act on unsubscribe requests promptly, and always within five business days.

Access, correction and keeping it safe

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you by emailing us. We take reasonable steps to keep it secure, and we keep subscription records for as long as you are subscribed and as long afterwards as we need to show that consent was given.

Questions or complaints

Contact us first and we will work to resolve it. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
